We provide a 7 day a week, UK wide, next day support service through our network of trained engineers. Access control is not something that you can be without and things do go wrong from time to time, that’s inevitable. So having a maintenance contract offers you peace of mind that any problems you have can be fixed in a timely fashion. Each contract includes an annual maintenance visit, even if we haven’t been called out on site to fix a problem to ensure your systems are in top condition. We don’t need to have installed your systems in order to maintain them but an initial, chargeable visit is required before we take other equipment on in order for us to ensure we can support it appropriately.
